We used Mark for the 1st time, we found him & his team helpful and friendly , we were pleased with the work, which was completed to a high standard

This is the 3rd time that we’ve used Mark and his team. This time they painted the woodwork and walls in our hallway and landing. We were over the moon as it was long over due and it has freshened everything up no end. As usual, they did a first class job and finished the work within the time frame given. Mark and his men were very polite and friendly and always tidied up as they went along, making it a pleasure to have them in the house.

Mark Ashworth and his men repainted the external woodwork to our two-storey house and large single garage. As always, proper preparation is essential, and Ashworth’s didn’t skimp in this respect, filling, sanding and priming as necessary. Finally, they applied two coats of a high-quality paint, Dulux Exterior Quick Dry Opaque with 10-year Weathershied protection, as the top coats, and the finish is really very pleasing. Like Mark himself, his staff are a pleasure to have around, and the “site” was always kept/left clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Ashworth Décor.

We used Ashworth to paint our utility room and kitchen/dining room in December and were very disappointed with the outcome. Despite repeatedly asking that our newly installed floor be properly protected, this was not done. The floor is now spoiled with decorator’s dust and cannot be restored. The overall finish was also poor, with sloppy paintwork and areas not properly cleaned up. Unfortunately, this was not the standard of workmanship we expected and we would not use them again.

Mark and his team decorated two rooms for us. Mark was prompt with providing his quote and giving us a date when the the work would start. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and worked to a high standard completing the job in the stated time frame.
