  Professional and friendly team willing to go the extra mile

  Very helpful team. They've worked at my home taking down some very large and tricky trunks. They were professional and friendly and left the area tidy and neat. Moreover, I asked Ashley if we could do some tree work for a local charity which wouldn't be able to pay. He very kindly did the work without hesitation. I will absolutely use them again.

  I previously set an honest review of my experience, however since then Ashley has reached out several times with honest open communication, regarding my issues and taken accountability and has been very fair about offering different resolutions, if I could have worked out a way to edit my previous review I would have. Thanks Ashley for coming back to me, it was appreciated. This chap runs a very reliable service and he cares and is passionate, he has definitely reinstated my trust.

  Disappointed

  large job, 5 trees, 3 large bushes and stump work, team arrived on time and worked a full day in the rain, which I did admire as the weather was rotten, but we asked for some logging and they did not really do this, we found a few bits all over the place but no where near what they could have done, they cut through my internet cable which they let slip was the second time they did this in 2 weeks? I was offered an apology for nothing else and now have the cost of this repair, when they left there was wooden pallets and coke cans strewn across my drive again got an apology overall disappointed
