  Friendly, efficient and professional

  Dean was so good last time I used him, I called him when the top of my thermostatic radiator valve snapped off. He called me straight back, got the one I wanted and fitted it, all in the same afternoon. Fabulous service.

  Excellent Work

  Dean texted before he came which was good. He then apologised for being slightly late and gave the reason which was good. The toilet was overflowing and he quickly saw the reason and gave a quote. Despite it being a very old model (it was at least 30 years old, probably a lot more) he still found a replacement part in his van, fitted it, explained that he had to charge a little more as the new parts had to be adapted to the old model. In the end the flush worked perfectly with no leakage. Dean was polite and helpful throughout.

  Outstanding Service

  Following a leak at our property, contacted Ashrose and Dean was quick to respond to our need. He was onsite within the hour, despite it being an emergency call out on a Sunday. Dean identified the problem quickly, and after quoting costs to rectify, replaced faulty parts there and then. Dean was clear on costs involved all along the process. Works completed and all issues resolved. Outstanding service from Dean and will definitely use Ashrose again should the need arise.
