Lisa and the team were brilliant. There's a lot of obstacles to getting a dropped kerb done and Lisa was fantastic at helping us navigate them. She did a great job of working with the council and utility companies (who could learn a thing or two from Ash Paving on customer service). Right from the first enquiry to completed project they were very professional and helpful. Lisa was so kind and explained everything to me. The builders turned up on time and were polite and very nice. They cleaned up all the rubble and dirt and left the place really tidy. Seemless from order to completion. Lisa undertook all liaison with the authorities on our behalf, so we didn't have to worry about measuring up or providing plans. The guys who undertook the work turned up on time and completed the work in a day. We highly recommend Ash Paving. Lisa helped with our driveway planning permission, ensuring that we were kept up to date at each stage of the project. The driveway installers were excellent. Ash Paving Ltd are qualified vehicle crossing (dropped kerb) contractors for Kent County Council.
All our teams are NRSWA (Streetworks) accredited and have the required £5 million Public Liability Insurance and also hold the SafeContractor accreditation.
Our estimators conduct a site visit for every installation to ensure we give an accurate quotation before any works are carried out so there are no unexpected costs.
We take into consideration traffic management, the health and safety of pedestrians whilst work is being carried out, location of utilities etc - something that cannot be done from looking on Google Maps.
We also carry out installations of driveways and any tarmac works.
