Andy from Ash Enviro ltd responded within 10 minutes of my post on Checkatrade and arrived within 5 hours to eradicate wasp nest under roof tiles with wasps in loft bedroom. Responded quickly and could attend quickly too same day at 5pm. Gave me am ETA for arrival, was on time and got the job done with no fuss and nothing further needed from me. It was important it was sorted as I have kids who were upset and so the quick response was very much appreciated - value for money. Would recommend and would use again. We had a rat in the cavity walls, Andy came out really quickly and left poison and what not after a thorough investigation with a follow up visit and billing to come. Due to an active wasp nest in the loft, we had to call in Andy to remove it. We called over the weekend and he arrived immediately to deal with the problem.
