I would highly recommend, Mike and Ronnie were great - very responsive, professional, all work was carried out exactly as discussed very efficiently and very fairly priced. Mike and Ronnie also very kindly made sure all our furniture/beds were covered and cleaned after so there was no dust/mess from the work and the rooms were left exactly as they were to begin with which we really appreciated. We are very happy with the end result and the service and would definitely use again if we wanted more units installed.

Mike and his team were very professional. He quoted providing us with the exact model of AC he would be installing and answered all our questions. The AC unit was installed in an outside office we had built. On the day of works the install was very smootly put in, clean and tidy. We were shown afterwards how to operate the unit and all our questions were answered. Would definitely use this company again and recommend.

Mike was very easy to contact and came out to give us a quote soon after initial contact. Once a quote was sent, it was easy to accept and set up an installation date. On installation day, the team turned up on time and began installing our unit in our desired room. They were respectful throughout, left the area clean and went above and beyond during the installation. Once the unit was installed, we were given a demo on how to use the unit. I am happy with the work and would highly recommend Ashdown Air Conditioning.

Mike has installed 3 Fujitsu Airstage minisplits for all our bedrooms. I have been testing these over the last week and am reasonably happy with the effective cooling experienced in each room. Will definitely use Mike in the future when we decide to install downstairs in living room and kitchen for which Mike has already suggested certain layouts for minimal disruption to the house. Always polite and also accommodated any change we wanted. Highly recommend.

Cannot fault the service from start to finish. Clearly knowledgable and didn’t try to sell me anything above what was needed. The installation was well managed, with Mike and Ron cleaning everything up at the end and returning furniture back into position. They even fixed a shelf and removed an old satellite dish for me whilst completing the installation. I’d recommend Mike to anyone considering having air conditioning installed. It’s made a difference to my house already and now I’m looking forward to a heat wave!
