Originally we were very pleased with Ash, he was polite. He was friendly and he seemed to do a good enough job. Not perfect but it was acceptable. Since he has left the washing machine is now leaking after he replaced the sink unit. I have been trying to call him for two days solid and he is not picking up either his mobile phone or his WhatsApp. My mother is unable to use her washing machine and the brand-new unit is constantly wet.

The client was happy and I was given a 10/10 rating. In this case, Unfortunately I had to go abroad due to a urgent family situation which ended in a bereavement. I was unreachable through my phone due to uk network not working abroad. I truly apologise for the trouble and this is out of the ordinary for me as I am always available for post job queries and offers warranty to clients. I have tried contacting client to discuss the situation however no reply. I have been informed by checkatrade that my client was charged for repairments which I have offered to pay but has been declined.Sorry Ash
