Pretty poor job all round. The door would not lock or unlock initially, even snapped a key trying to unlock. Phil came back out to fix it and although the top lock is now better the bottom lock is stiff/misaligned. There is also no proper seal and the door is very drafty. What’s more the letter box hole was butchered and the makeshift detail around the edge to hide error has already snapped off just by mail being posted. The finish on the job is very poor also with big gaps being left between bricks and frames. See pics. There was also damage to the plaster on my internal wall not fixed

We returned promptly to resolve the initial lock issue, which was tested and working correctly when we left. The additional points were not raised following our revisit, and we’ve not yet had the opportunity to inspect them.
We did offer to return this week, however this wasn’t convenient. We remain happy to revisit at a suitable time.
The key snapping is outside of our control and should be raised with your supplier. Patch plastering was not included in the original quotation.
