Jeff was excellent from the start of the process to the end. Good communication, arrived on time and at a reasonable price. Jeff quickly identified the fault and soon had the power working to the smoke alarms in the flat. In addition to this he quickly swapped the wiring over on a light switch for me that had been incorrectly done. I will certainly use Jeff again for future work including an electrical safety certificate. Highly recommended

Jeff liaised with the plumber regarding the fitting of a new shower advisingt him of the extra electrical requirements for a dual power . Came as a priority two days later ( to fit in with me) and completed the alteration , advising me fully of the need for the adjustment and my future need - a new fuse box . He was prompt , courteous , friendly and efficient . He also visited, an elderly vulnerable gentleman at my request, to check his porch lighting was safe FREE of CHARGE Although Jeff is currently VAT registered the extra 20% can be balanced by his reliablity expertise adn kindess.

Jeff responded to my Checkatrade enquiry by text within hours of it going live. I called him and we discussed the job and agreed a price and date to do the job. He texted me 4 hours before arriving to do the job. He arrive spot on time, did the job (including new junction box in the bedroom from where he tapped the power) and completed the whole job in about an hour and a quarter - a really neat and tidy job. Jeff's a really professional and very nice person to deal with, polite, efficient and clearly knowledgeable.
