  Washing machine fix.

  Quick easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing. Hence why I called Dolphin Domestics who straight away found that I had accidentally switched off the socket powering my washing machine. Glad I didn't just buy a new machine and now I know to double check the plug socket before calling in the experts.

  Dishwasher repair

  I was unsure if I wanted to get my dishwasher repaired as i've always been put off by the call out charges and being let down by companies not turning up. I contacted Dolphin Domestics and was greeted by a friendly lady in the office who took all my details and explained I could speak directly to the engineers or book a time slot. I requested that Simon needs to give me a call back within 1hr!. He called and explained all call out charges and explained a list of common faults. 2 days later my dishwasher is fixed and I couldn't be happier!!!! I will certainly use Dolphin Domestics.

  Inspected dishwasher

  I paid a call out charge just for a diagnosis it seems. The diagnosis was not conclusive however. Afterwards I emailed requesting a call back to arrange a repair. No response. Two days later I telephoned and requested a call back. No response. The next day I rang again, requested a call back, no response. Yesterday I emailed requesting a call back. No response. Obviously only interested in simple problems, not resolving complex issues. Very poor communications.

  Oven repair

  Simon arrived at agreed time and did a fantastic, quick job at the agreed price. He was also very polite and had a chat with us. The kids wanted to be his audience so he even had a chat with them! Highly recommended.

  Neff replacement front loading door fitted.

  My washing machine door fell off on the Friday and I contacted Keith. He came back to me immediately and gave advice. He then made enquiries and advised that he could have a new replacement door by the Saturday at less than the cost of going directly to Neff. I wasn't around on the Saturday so I booked him to visit at 10 am on the Monday 3rd Dec. Keith was on time professional friendly and gave free advice on care of my washing machine. He gave an outstanding service and I have kept his card for future use. He is reliable and was responsive to resolving the problem, so I was delighted.
