Yesterday we had some floorboards replaced. As a result the workmen put a nail through a gas pipe. We called SGN who advised there was a gas leak and disconnected the supply as they were unable to fix the pipe. I submitted an urgent job request on the app late last night. Colin responded within minutes and advised he could attend today. He called to let me know he could arrive earlier than anticipated which was great. Colin is professional, polite and helpful. He explained what he was doing, fixed the problem with no disruption. I highly recommend Colin and would use him again!
