Everything surrounding my mini project was dealt with brilliantly. Ian responded very quickly to my call and initial work to secure hole in roof / replacing fallen ridge tiles was completed next day. Ian then following inspection recommended supplementary work (without any sales pitch) and demonstrated clearly to me reason for recommendation with photo's taken whilst on roof.
