The team worked very well , following the requirements. They kept a record of what the bathroom looked like before and they also constantly kept me updated of the findings. My bathroom was very old, one of the walls had a rotten wooden panel underneath, on another wall there were two layers of tiles and another wall had to be covered with plasterboard.
