  Superb job, friendly guys, excellent price

  Very old bathroom ripped out & new bathroom fitted. Bath replaced with walk-in shower, ceiling lowered & cladded, with spotlights & extractor fan fitted. New toilet, sink/cabinet, mirror, towel rail etc. All walls fitted with panelling, LVT flooring laid. All work completed to a very high standard by Tony & Garry, great friendly lads who go the extra mile. Job completed in 5 days, at a great price. Highly recommended.

  We are extremely happy with the work by ASC group North East for our bathroom refit. The work was completed within time and to a very high standard.   Outstanding service from start to finish, tony and Gary were both professional and so easy to get on with, quality of work carried out couldn't have been better and very competitively priced too and although we did have a slightly cheaper quote we are so glad we had our work done here, couldn't recommend enough thank you once again

  NO ELECTRICAL SAFETY CERTIFICATE & POOR WORKMANSHIP

  Tony Card is quick to take your cash. It clearly states within his quotes 'all works carried out will meet current building regulations and will be finished to the highest standards'. Tony has promised refund since 28/04/25, to date the refund has still not materialised. Tony was given opportunities to rectify poor workmanship but chose not to. To date we do not have an electrical certificate and the extractor fan in the bathroom has no ventilation from outside. Tony has been reported to Citizens advice bureau; Trading standards; and NICEIC. Next step: to issue county court proceedings.

  Amazing bathroom

  From the start it was very professional and easy to arrange. The staff were very helpful and understanding on what I was looking for. From the stat date to completion the fitters were extremely clean, tidy and professional. And always willing to help with any questions I had. Very satisfied with the work that was carried out. My bathroom was finished to a very high standard and I highly recommend the company. Over the moon with the results.

  2x Fantastic Bathroom Rennovations

  Tony and Garry completed my en-suite and main bathroom renovations. Tony worked with me throughout to ensure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. He came across a few problems with my old build house but sorted everything out with no problems and ensured it didn’t affect the overall bathroom. All materials supplied were off great quality and he ensured any mess was cleared up at the end of each day. All rubbish was collected promptly and removed. Both bathrooms are spot on and have their own unique style with running themes throughout. Highly recommended both lads and would use again!
