Mick and his team at Ascent Loft Conversions carried out a loft conversion for me this year and a 2 story extension last year. He showed high level of confidence, experience and integrity and was always responsive. He consistently answered the phone when I called, which I found impressive being available to respond to client queries . He was always willing to take responsibility and address issues when raised. His core team had overall good manners, good attendance and good quality of works, and he offered flexibility with payment timings, which was appreciated. I highly recommend Mick.
