Polite, quick response, payment was acknowledged via email promptly and it was reasonable - he charged me for labour only. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Overall very pleased. Fix seal between cistern and toilet bowl. Scott arrived at the right time, took his shoes off without being asked. He is a very polite, nice young man and did the job well and without fuss. He also replaced the bolts holding the toilet, as these had loosened meaning toilet was moving slightly and had lead to the seal loosening andbreaking, again without me realising.
