We have had 2 jobs completed by Dylan now and have been really pleased with the quality of his work. He is very obliging and professional. The work that was carried out in our home was finished to a high standard. We would highly recommend Dylan who is honest and trustworthy.

They did a good job, very happy with the shower, paneling, tray and new door. The quote was a fair bit cheaper than the other companies, who were probably more established/experienced so it was a bit of a risk. That said, they know their stuff and delivered on time and in budget. There was an issue outside of the original scope of the work spotted by an electrician they sent round to do a check after the work was finished (An existing light fitting wasn't to regs). As they didn't spot this while doing the original work, they fitted a new light free of charge.

Disappointingly have been ignored by Dylan since raising issues on the quality of work completed. He has ignore both myself, my partner and my tenant since 16th April after promising to come and sort out the finish. The tile edges were poorly finished, the house was left dirty in a state, along with outside where tiles were cut. I’ve tried to contact them via WhatsApp messages and calls, text messages and calls and have been completely ignored after having paid £500. Really disappointing!

Good lads, reliable and get the job done

After having various quotes from around the area , and hearing mixed reviews for other companies , i got in touch with Ascenda Group. From start to finish these lads were top notch . Fair price , on time , very polite and the attention to detail in their work is unmatched. Both Dylan and Declan deserve all the credit they get. Will recommend 10 times out of 10.

Can’t fault the experience at all. On time each morning and kept us updated throughout each step. Great advice during the quoting stage, and now I have my dream bathroom!
