We are very pleased indeed with Ashley's designs for our Loft improvement project. He listened carefully to our thoughts about the design and enhanced those with his own creative suggestions. He drew up alternative plans for our consideration which he realised using drawings as well as short videos - so very helpful! The design we agreed on contained elements from both plans. Ashley is extremely personable and very easy to work with. He communicates very well and is reliable at all times. His oversight of the planning and regulatory processes was thorough and inspired confidence.
