After having a cleaning company complete a poor job on one of my rented properties, the tenants were understandably upset with the waste left behind. I rang ASA and they were able to provide a quote over the phone and a time for waste pick up. The came on time and completed the job on time. Being a landlord I wasn’t present and I needed someone to do the job and provide an invoice after which ASA were able to do, would definitely use again.
