ASAP responded very quickly and came the next morning. Job completed quickly and efficiently and they advised about a couple of other areas of roof which might need attention in future. Excellent service.

Ray was able to come right away to check on the verge that was falling off and was able to assess the issue right away. His team was able to replace it with a dry verge and it looks really great.

Ray Davis came out within 1 hour of my call. Assessed necessary work and explained what was needed to repair faults using photos and video. Carried out a minor repair immediately. Gave me an acceptable quote for the remaining work (including gutter cleaning) and returned with his team 2 days later and completed the job. I was very impressed with Ray's no-nonsense approach and communication throughout. The job was carried out in a timely manner and all left clean and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend ASAP and save others from a pot-luck trawl of the trades directories!

I was really impressed with this company. We had been experiencing leaks in our property for a number of years in several places, and Ray and his team came to inspect the roof, and it became clear that the old wood rafters were in a very bad condition and the tiles had become porous, causing several leaks. We were given several options and advice and in the end went for a whole roof replacement, a job which was carried out to perfection and with a short turnaround. Excellent communication throughout, and all was very well-documented to show each step of the works. Thanks to Ray and his team!
