With tradespersons the one thing you worry about is are they going to rip me off, can I trust them? Thankfully with ASAP you can 100% trust them. Very professional, reliable and trustworthy. Grateful to have them as a contact and would recommend them to anyone.

ASAP repairs were absolutely brilliant throughout. As soon as I contacted they gave me a call so I could explain the issue, get a quote and book a date. I loved being able to speak to a real person throughout and I really appreciated the clarity of getting a quote straight away. They don't lie when they say ASAP! They were ready to book me in for the following day, and adapted well to my working hours. On the day they were polite and efficient - a quick repair and the oven has worked perfectly ever since!! Thank you!!!

Had a new oven installed and plug casings swapped over. Done very quickly and professionally, and communication was great too. Job was booked quickly too.

Simon from ASAP came quickly to investigate a leak in my washer. Thorough checking of machine, resulting in locating a cracked drum. Simon photographed under the machine, to show me the fault. Researched part prices while with me. We agreed it was not worth repairing. Simon then gave suggestions on type of machine to look at. He then arranged collection of new machine, dis-install of old, install of new and correct disposal of old - all at a very reasonable cost. First class service and excellent free advice :) Highly recommend.

Amazing service from Simon (ASAP) I had just had a new cooker delivered but the company that I brought it from couldn’t install it due to a minor missing part at the connection point. So I phoned around and Simon promptly got in touch. I sent photos of the connection point and asked for a quote and then booked . Within no time at all, the very same day he arrived and quickly sorted it out for me and eliminated a stressful situation. Amazing service very professional and quick, also very reasonably priced with good communication and advice. Would definitely recommend.
