Job location: NG5This gentleman was very helpful He spoke to me over the phone to assess what was wrong with my washer It turned out I would need a new drum which was not financially viable He told me he wouldn't waste my time by coming out and charging me for him to tell me this which saves me money He also offered to pick up a new washer when I had purchased it and fit it for less than the shop was charging. - LLeah T

It was very easy to book a visit from ASAP to repair our range oven. I was given a call-out quote, agreed a date and was sent text message confirmation as well as receiving a call from the engineer on the day. When Simon arrived, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed and had the coven working again quickly.
