I was having problems with turning the key in the lock on back door. This is the third or fourth time I've used this company. They always turn up when say they will, normally as quickly as they are able/you need them. The lad who came out was extremely friendly, respectful and courteous (bless him, he took his shoes off and even offered to sweep up the few bits of dust after he'd finished) explained what needed doing and the price to make sure it was OK. I would definitely recommend them.

Reasonable and competitive price. Responded quickly to my initial enquiry and arrived at the agreed time to carry out the work.

We have used Arvco a few times. On this occasion we needed a replacement lock on a short timescale. As always, Rob and the team are very communicative and friendly. Always arrive when they say they will and do an excellent job.

Booked a few weeks in advance. Communicated at the start of the week to see if they were still required. Turned up on time and completed the job to my satisfaction.

Arrived as arranged and completed job. The locks now work better than when the doors were fitted.
