  Hire with caution does not complete work

  I am coming back to review Martin as the job was left to where I had to hire someone else to finish a job he said he could do. I have a couple of areas where the walls get damp and have had other companies come out in the past where they treated the area, prepped and primed it and then painted it. The areas usually last aboutt 1-1.5 years before it needs to be done again. Martin knew the situation and said he could the work. What he did was just scrapped a bit and repainted. Didn’t do any prep work and less than 2 months later,

  Great job redecorating my rental property

  Martin did a great job redecorating my 2nd floor flat ready for new tenancy. Everything looks refreshed again after it had got tired from the previous 3 tenancies. Martin was very competitive on price, and managed the whole thing as I don’t live close by. He showed me all the paints he used so I know he didn’t cut any corners. I would definitely recommend him as he’s also a great communicator and a nice person to deal with.

  Roof tile painting

  Martin did a great job of cleaning the roof tiles from our 1st floor, and then painting them to a good quality. His communication was brilliant, and was reliable.

  Painting two bedrooms including woodwork and radiators

  I can only say positive things about the work Martin did. He was highly professional and he was also very accommodating. I really appreciated the time he made to visit the property to assess what I thought may present as difficulties, luckily there were none. The work was finished to a high standard, it was done within timescales set and the property was left clean and tidy afterwards. The price was competitive. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. A great job
