External insulation and silicone render

I had the entire front of the house insulated with Kingspan. The job was incredibly thorough and tidy. The rendering looks brilliant and has made such a difference to the look of the house. I highly recommend Artisan Renovating if you want a job done properly. Real attention to detail and just a pleasure to deal with.

New porch roof

Really good builder. When designing a roof for my porch, he didn't just go for the easy option, but chose the one that would look nicest and match the rest of the house. Went the extra mile to make sure the guttering looked neat and tidy once the job was done. Very reasonable price too! Highly recommended.

Large porcelain patio

We had an old tired patio area that was replaced with Large porcelain tiles with drainage, and new inspection manhole. Had water run to an outside building to house my washing machine and tumble dryer. Ground preparation work was pretty extensive but everything was carried out brilliantly. Pete done an amazing job and I'm really pleased with it. Now have a nice area to relax and enjoy family time outside. We will be having him back to put a roof over the patio shortly.

Transforming bathroom to shower room

Pete stripped out our old ensuite bathroom, replacing bath with a walk-in shower, bidet with a wall douche, as well as toilet, washbasin, mirror and cupboard. He installed new wiring, plumbing, tiling, grouting and a frame for new waterproof plasterboard for tiles. He is a meticulous and conscientious worker, doing everything himself with the help of his son. He is helpful and explains exactly what he's doing and why. New shower room is lovely and works well! Bottom step on staircase repair

Pete did a great job repairing the bottom step on our staircase making it more sturdy and safer. He turned up when he said he would and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending.
