Mr Charles arrived on the date and at the time agreed. After reviewing the job (a leaking radiator) he explained clearly why he thought a new radiator would be the best option. He provided me with an accurate estimate for the job before he commenced work. The new radiator was installed without any bother and the heating system tested to ensure proper operation. At completion of the job there was no mess or debris to be dealt with.
