  MVHR fitted in bungalow

  We have been impressed with Artemis - particularly Connor, who made the initial assessment and then oversaw the team from start to finish. He explained everything, answered questions patiently and knowledgeably, and was polite and responsive throughout. The team was really clean and tidy and the end result was neat and has completely solved the problem of damp and mould in a bungalow with a heat pump. Connor spotted a couple of things he wasn't happy with, on the final day of the job, and called the engineers back to sort it out the next day - no quibbles or drama, just high quality input

  We have used Artemis FM for two years now and have found them to be conscientious, effective and skilled providers of AC servicing/installation. They are available for call outs and consultation at times when we’ve needed to get faulty equipment back into service during the evenings and on weekends. From very small jobs like reprogramming a controller through to big projects such as the replacement of an entire 25 room floor of outdoor AC units they provide the same level of care and competency and their pricing is always competitive.
