Billy quickly went through the jobs I had requested and explained what he was going to do. He changed several ceiling lights in our kitchen and bathroom, changed a bulb in an upright lamp and repaired a lamp. He confirmed what he had done and tidied up afterwards. He, like everyone at Artek, was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
