Dave got back to me very quickly about my broken boiler which was causing me a lot of trouble (no heating or hot water!). He was super helpful over the phone and mentioned he could swing by my house that afternoon, which was brilliant as no one else had availability for a few days. Within half an hour of being at my house, Dave managed to fix my boiler - I was so relieved. He was so friendly and professional too. Thank you Dave for the excellent service. Has an issue with the boiler after getting a tank refill despite Plumber visiting the property arrow managed to fix it over the phone with nothing but pictures fantastic service great communication couldn’t recommend more.
