I had two bedrooms, my hallway carpet, and my sofa cleaned today by Ross, and I’m really happy with the results. Communication beforehand was spot on—Ross called to ask a few questions about the location and reassured me that being on the second floor wouldn’t be an issue. He arrived on time, was incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain the process before getting started. He was thorough, efficient, and everything looks and smells fresh! Outstanding service from Ross from initial contact to finishing the job. Very quick response to initial contact and throughout. Quote was really reasonable and fair, Ross worked around our availability and gave options of his. He was reassuring about what would be provided, and on the day of the clean he was punctual, professional, friendly, courteous, lovely nature and had no hesitation in talking us through the process and after care. Ross fitted me in and did a thorough clean, including a hot chocolate stain on my beige carpet. As always Ross was polite, friendly and moved any furniture that he needed to.
