    Highly recommend

    Ross was fantastic. He Scotchguarded our rug and sofa, as he’s done for us before, and it really works - any spills just sit on the surface instead of soaking in or staining. His service is excellent and I highly recommend him. Professional, friendly, and reliable - I couldn’t recommend him more.

    Living room/dining room carpet clean + stain removal

    Ross reached out promptly and contacted me via WhatsApp, which was really convenient. He was able to offer his services just two days later. He told me exactly what time he would arrive—and he arrived right on time! The work was completed quickly, and the results are great. My carpet now has a little extra life in it. Highly recommend!

    Excellent service

    Having recently moved house, the carpets throughout were in desperate need of a clean. From start to finish, Ross at ArrowClean delivered an excellent service. He tackled carpets that hadn’t been cleaned in years and made them look fresh and revived as much as they could be. Ross was friendly, honest, punctual and clearly passionate about customer satisfaction. We will definitely use ArrowClean again and highly recommend to anyone in need of professional carpet cleaning.

    Ross was the first person to reply to our ad and called back within five minutes. He was very friendly and personable and gave a clear quote for the service being provided. On the day, he arrived early and finished on time as we had to make an appointment which came about after our booking. Ross is very professional and efficient and made it a very enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend Ross and Arrowclean.
