Bath leaked at least twice whilst they finishing off. We had a big leak last night 120120, called engineers out and found a hole in the bath. More likely of happened from a slipped spanner or screwdriver. We did e-mail arrol but have had no reply from John, nothing unusual we that. We paid them in full for all the work done by them. Plus they have not sent any certificates for the work they have done and completed.

We are sorry to read the issues you have noted. We installed your bathroom in November 2019. The first report of the bath issue was mid-January 2020, 5 to 6 weeks after completion. We visited to inspect on 16/1/20 where we found the hole in the bath. We did not feel it could have been caused by us as the location and size would have meant a leak on first use. We were not aware of leaks during the work. In order to support you, we offered to connect you with a reputable professional repair & polishing service, but you declined the offer. You indicated you were unhappy with the quality of the bath, that you had bought from a different supplier, and that you would buy a replacement for us to install and rectify at our cost. Given the timescale and damage, we did not feel this was a reasonable solution. We emailed you on 16/1/20 to confirm our investigation and offer without response. The electrical certification was posted to you in December 2019. We delivered a replacement copy by hand in January. We remain available to discuss the issue with you.
