Neglectful, unhelpful, rude and inadequate

The experience with AR Refurbishments was very poor, he was rude, unhelpful and I cannot warn enough against using their services. Firstly Adalbert failed to take the time to fully read and understand the plans for our project. Initially this resulted in increase in costs beyond the initial quote. Then, he flatly refused to carry out the work that had been agreed and this meant we had to go back to the architects to resolve this at additional costs to us. Finally, the project was left in a poor state which required remedial work to be carried out, at additional costs to us.

Re-insulation of multiple rooms

Adalbert and his team worked quickly and efficiently to pull down internal ceilings in multiple rooms and install insulation where there was none. They then re-boarded, re-plastered and redecorated. Throughout the work they were friendly, tidy and happy to show me where they were up to and answer my novice questions. We're very happy with the quality of the work done and have been recommending A R Refurbishments to friends and family. The next time that I need work done I will certainly be on the phone to Adalbert.

Bespoke bathroom vanity

Adalbert delivered quickly and to the brief. He also provided communication including photos of the work during which was useful. When we had complications (with another builder on site) he was able to come and solve them.
