  Alan came to give me a quote and arrange to come and do the job today. He arrived a little later than we had arranged, but only because the M62 was gridlocked he phoned to let me know he was running late. He did the job in the time he had specified and I found it very satisfactory. He was pleasant and friendly and cleared up when he had finished.
