Had someone come by to assess an issue we were having in the rear elevation of the house in the roof void. Lots of activity and wasn't sure what it was. The company who came by initially didn't take onboard all the small details about the issue and fobbed it off as mice with no solution. Alex came to the property quickly, asked a few questions, found the root of the issue within 3 minutes of being onsite. Impressive! Rats had damaged the sewers and dug under the house making progress through the cavity into the ceiling. His discovery allowed us to get Thames to fix the sewers and stop the rats

Alex has totally sorted my mouse problem and came to my house 3 times and filled in all the holes and gaps around the house to prevent a further problem. Can’t thank him enough . Alex arrived promptly and checked out the problem tracing the nest to a next door garden. on the initial visit he put down the pellets into the run and also filled two rat trap containers. Two subsequent visits later, the rat problem is (hopefully) irradicated but I'm assured I can contact again if necessary. Alex was helpful, courteous and punctual and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his services.

I would recommend A.R. Pest Control to anyone who is especially having a mouse problem. This tradesman was knowledgeable, efficient, a good communicator and did a very good job in controlling and finally eliminating our mice problem! I'd like to say I wouldn't need to use him again, but should the unfortunate event ever arise - I would 100% use him.
