From start to finish, an extremely professional company and we could not have asked for more skilled and practiced removal workers protecting and moving our belongings. We were impressed!

We recently used Arnold & Self Removals for our move, and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. A team of three arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care and professionalism. What really stood out was how they dealt with a few unexpected hiccups (our fault) - nothing was too much trouble, and they took it all in stride without a single complaint. They made what could have been a very stressful day feel calm and well-organised. Highly recommended!

I can't fault Arnold & Self. The service provided was excellent in every possible aspect. From a home visit to understand what needed to be moved, to the great communication throughout the process. The service on the day went beyond my expectations. The team was perfectly on time and worked tirelessly and moved everything in one day as promised including reassembling my furniture. They treated everything with care and respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to a honest and reliable removal company.

Where to start… Our initial survey and quote were provided by Ian Siddle who quoted for various options. The ladies in the office were helpful and happy to discuss arrangements, explaining what would happen and when. The removal itself was carried out over three days (pack, load and unload) and various members of Sacha’s team worked on our removal. All of the team from Sacha himself and including Jordan, Callum, Stewart, Lewis and Richard, who is a wizard at dismantling and assembling furniture, were friendly and extremely efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their services.

Arnold & Self were excellent in handling our move, and I can highly recommend the moving and packing service. We had a last minute date change which they were super accommodating for. They packed carefully and considerately, nothing was broken or packed when it shouldn’t be. And on moving day the team worked tirelessly and they were such lovely guys, we felt really comfortable with them and they took so much of the stress out of moving. Worth every penny!!
