An extremely professional service in all aspects from start to finish. Our contact on the phone was Debbie who was thorough yet friendly, polite and courteous. She made us feel at ease and took away any stress we were feeling about the removals aspect of our house move. On the day itself, the removal team led by Stuart were amazing; we couldn't have asked for more. Nothing was too much for them and they were patient, reliable, friendly and exceptionally efficient. We received an excellent service from Arnold and Self. They delivered boxes in plenty of time and on the day before our move they carefully packed all our fragile items. They arrived on time on removal day and, despite our sellers taking an extra 3 hours to move out they unloaded two vans into our new property in 2 hours, and they even brought in extra men to help. A great service.

The office team were all incredibly patient, efficient and professional especially when we had to amend our ‘pencilled in’ moving dates - they were clearly totally across the changes required by solicitors.
