Said they would contact me on the monday to arrange appointment. two weeks later I contacted them again and they came around the next day. On attending my home they didnt know my name or why he was attending so read the ad again. They did a service or at least went through the motions. I asked advice about the aging boiler, should i get a new one. It was very difficult to get any real advice from them other than it will be very expensive and if it isnt broke then dont fix it. I asked for a breakdown of the cost of a new boiler but that could only provided if I was a serious buyer.

As for the quote request: we provide full, detailed boiler quotes for serious buyers, as they involve proper planning and site-specific details, not something we throw together casually. We stand by the quality of our work and the integrity of our service. It’s unfortunate when a review overlooks that.
