Carried out our boiler service at very short notice. Polite, friendly and carried out the work to a professional standard. Reasonable price and wouldn’t hesitate to contact again for any further work.

First time using Check A Trade and Dylan made it simple and straightforward. His communication from start to finish was excellent. Ensuring he had all the information he needed and calling me an hour before to say he was on his way. The quote given was good and no added extras when he came out. He made sure he had the suspected part with him when he came out to ensure no time was lost. (Which also saved me money!) He replaced the part and made sure it was all working correctly before leaving. Excellent, and I would recommend and use again when required.

Put up an emergency job as our boiler was shut off as a precaution for carbon monoxide. Dylan messaged straight away and came first thing the next morning and got us back up and running with heating and hot water! Great customer service will definitely use him again and highly recommend to others.

My experience was good the engineer was imformative kepted me up to date. Explained what he needed to do. Came back as agreed to finish the repair. Would use the engineer again but hoping that is not till it is due its next service 😁😁
