My husband booked Dylan to service our boiler as the one originally booked never turned up last week and couldn't even be bothered to answer any communication. All sorted now. Thank you. Very nice young man. Wishing you all the best for the future. I would recommend this company.

Quick service and good work

Dylan is professional, prompt and his service is very good value for money. Will definitely use his company again.

After being let down by a different Gas engineer (who didn't even bother replying to my messages to explain why he didn't turn up!) I contacted Dylan and he responded immediately with a quote and date/time. His communication is top level and he arrived when he said he would, he is polite, friendly and genuine. Gas service completed and certificate was emailed to me while still on the premises. Highly recommended and I will use his services again.

After being let down by another engineer, Dylan quickly stepped in to repair and then service my boiler. Each visit was easily arranged and Dylan clearly communicated when he would be there. Work was carried out to a very high standard and would have no problem recommending him to others.

Dylan was able to come out with short notice, if it wasn’t for needing to order a part from Baxi the boiler would’ve been fixed sooner. He is down to earth, explains exactly what he is doing and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any future jobs that may arise.
