10 Damp Inspection

I put the job on Checkatrade and they got in touch quickly. We had a 5 minute conversation and A&R Miles, talked me through that it doesn’t sound like rising and what could actually be causing it, which all made complete sense. Essentially they talked themselves out of a job! I have been quoted a few hundred quid by other companies to come out and have a look, but this isn’t needed anymore cause of the conversation and solutions that were recommended. Job location: BS7A&R Miles was so professional. Aaron was kind, thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process of quoting for our damp work, and getting the work done. Matthew, the plastered was great. He does great, clean and tidy work and to to out of he is just a lovely human. As a team, they were communicative and helpful and genuinely cared about our experience and the quality of the process. I'd highly recommend them.10 An honest, trustworthy Company, passionate about their work and customer service.

What a fantastic Company, I can't recommend them highly enough! After a thorough inspection and getting to the root of the damp problem, Aaron gave an extremely comprehensive, honest and fair quote (unlike the nationals I got in who quoted £4000 more for unnecessary work). Matthew carried out the work, a great guy and his plaster finish is absolutely superb! What a change to meet trustworthy people who are passionate about their work and their customer service.
