Armend was originally engaged to do some tiling. He did this very well and so I asked him to do more tiling and other jobs too. All jobs were completed according to budget. What was especially useful was being able to draw on his knowledge when asking advice about what jobs I should do; this will doubtless prove to have saved me considerable expense and inconvenience in future.
