  The work appears to be of a reasonable standard. The biggest issue is the lack of professionalism. Price gouging on the job adding additional costs. Very chaotic organization including putting their equipment and materials on neighbours drive and lots of workers standing around not doing very much including drinking beer on Friday afternoon. Damaged garage door with paltry price to compensate with intimation and suggesting that they were doing me a favour.

  The Armadillo team would like to take the opportunity to respond to this review, as we are surprised to read the comments from the customer after we’ve provided a generous solution for the issue. Due to an accident - where the wind blew over a door - damage was caused to the customer’s garage door. When we notified the customer of the event, our staff experienced very unpleasant behaviour from the customer. We offered to replace the door, but this offer was declined. A generous discount of the final bill was requested, which we agreed to as we want our customers to be happy and satisfied with our work. The Armadillo team is therefore saddened to read the review after resolving the results of an accident, as per customer’s request. The Armadillo team has, again, tried to speak to the customer on the phone after receiving this review, trying to find out what we could do to help the customer. Unfortunately, we were spoken to in an unpleasant manner and are therefore unable to provide any further assistance. We hope that our customer will enjoy his beautiful new patio and we wish him all the best.

  Absolutely brillant family run buisness, clean, tidy, polite whilst working inside our sunbed shop, the reception desk n seating area with tops of the seats flipping up to use as storage, excellent workmanship, definitely highly recommended
