Very old attic underlay had been doubled up and was disintegrating/allowing water to pass through rips and tears. The team was fast, polite, very informative about every step they took to address our problem and replace the old material with new, and worked very hard close to Xmas to get it all done. All rubbish was taken away and disposed of, and would recommend without hesitation. Very happy with the work done.

A thoroughly professional job was carried out in re-felting and overhaul ing sections of the slate roof at the property. The work was carried out in a timely manner at a reasonable cost and communication throughout the process was both friendly and efficient, with photographs provided before and after. I would unhesitatingly recommend 'Ark' and they will be my 'go to' roofers for any future work that requires attention.
