We had experienced a major problem with our central heating and Ark was recommended by friends. As pensioners cold affects our health dramatically and Mark placed us high on his priority list. The work to rectify the situation took 2 full days and included new radiators and system flushing. We now have a most efficient system and a lovely warm house. Mark worked totally within his quoted price and presented us with the solution that was needed. Very happy customers.

Called Ark as we had a leaking tank and usual plumber not available. Henry attended next day as arranged and I was pleased he actually had a replacement tank with him so was able to fix the issue in a single Friday afternoon visit and we were warm again for the weekend. He was polite and friendly and positive even though our loft is very hard to access. I would highly recommend Mark and Henry.

Boiler serviced a couple of weeks ago, very pleased. I have also had a new shower fitted, very pleased with that, excellent work and very professional, would highly recommend

I had used Mark before. When he did the annual service on our house boiler he discovered a CO2 leak which would get worse. He recommended a new boiler which he fitted this week. It was a Worcester Bosch 4000 30kw. The installation went very well and was completed in one day. Mark was helpful and did the job with minimal intrusion. He cleaned everything and disposed of all the redundant boiler and casing. Great job Mark, see you next year for the annual service.

We have used Ark Heating over the past year for boiler problems and broken underfloor heating. Mark and Henry are responsive and helpful. Mark even called me to try and help over the phone out of hours when he was at a wedding. Henry arranged to come at a time that suited me even though it wasn’t convenient for him which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.
