I had used Mark before. When he did the annual service on our house boiler he discovered a CO2 leak which would get worse. He recommended a new boiler which he fitted this week. It was a Worcester Bosch 4000 30kw. The installation went very well and was completed in one day. Mark was helpful and did the job with minimal intrusion. He cleaned everything and disposed of all the redundant boiler and casing. Great job Mark, see you next year for the annual service.

We have used Ark Heating over the past year for boiler problems and broken underfloor heating. Mark and Henry are responsive and helpful. Mark even called me to try and help over the phone out of hours when he was at a wedding. Henry arranged to come at a time that suited me even though it wasn’t convenient for him which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Mark is excellent. He replaced my back boiler (which was condemned) some years ago and installed a more suitable boiler in a better place within the house. The work took a couple of days and I felt I was able to trust him sufficiently to vacate my house and give him 'free rein'. The job was completed to my satisfaction (with good advice from the start) and Mark has serviced the boiler on an annual basis since then. He's reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy , honest and all round good guy. No hesitation in recommending as I have done to others in the past
