We had Gavin from Ark Eco come to look at our property an older thatched house, with the intention of upgrading our oil boiler to a heat pump. He was very knowledgeable in explaining how it would work and what we would require in alterations of pipes and radiators on our existing system to be compatible with the new heat pump. We decided to go ahead and have been very pleased with the results, both in the money saved in fuel bills and the temperature when the heating is on.

Everything was made easy from the first contact right up to booking in the next service. Gavin was thorough, tidy and did an excellent job, I would absolutely use him again.

Gavin came in after another plumber had already started and let me down. Gavin had to rectify some of the other plumber's work and then proceeded to install the full plumbing for our first floor conversion which included 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. He was also able to help install an ASHP along with underfloor heating on the groundfloor. All work was completed to an excellent standar. Every day we were left with water, and the house was always left in a tidy state.

Great personal service from this company. From initial quotation to carrying out of works, every step was undertaken in a super professional, friendly and efficient manner. Final job was carried out on time and when completed, site was left in a meticulous condition. Would use again no question and can heavily recommend.

We employed Gavin of Ark Eco Ltd to install an air source heat pump at our property, and having had Gavin and other companies quote, Gavin really did stand out from the other contractor's who quoted. He was trust worthy punctual and works to the highest standard and did an amazing job. He's very easy to deal with, and nothing was ever a problem to him and he was more than happy to answer any of my questions. Being my property is over 100 years old he carried the job out with ease. Would definitely use again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
