A very positive experience with ARK Computer Repair. My five year old mini format computer had stopped loading when starting. Opening up the case I could not find the possible culprit the CMOS battery, which clearly was obscured by the motherboard. Professional help was clearly needed. I paid for an urgent assessment and ARK contacted me with a proposed course of action, to which I agreed. The motherboard was changed and tested to ensure working. The computer is now back with me and soundly working. ARK has done a good job and I have kept their details in case I need future help

My printing problems were sort very quickly and efficiently. I will hesitate to call ARK Computer Repair LTD if I have computer issues in the future.

Rob set up my CCTV system. I could not fatham out how to just get motion recording & was getting only 3 x days history. (it was continuously recording) I am now getting weeks instead of days of history. Rob was very knowledgable, explained how the system menues worked. Very pleased & would use their services again.

My computer was corrupt and all the data needed to be recovered. I thought I had lost everything, but with the expertise of Ark Computer Repair it was all recovered and transferred to a new laptop for me. If Ark Computer Repair can't do it, then no-one can! I am no longer in Hampshire, but I still use them. That's how good they are.
