  Replacement boiler and leaking toilet

  Mikael has done an amazing job. The boiler needed replacing and some of the radiators required fixing. In addition the downstairs toilet was leaking. Mikael has done an excellent job and was very quick to respond. He went above and beyond and my brother and I are so thankful for him completing the work so promptly and for all his help and support. We would highly recommend Mikael.

  New boiler install

  This is the second time I have used Ark after Mik installed some new radiators earlier in the year. Unfortunately my old boiler had finally given up the ghost and Mik was quick to respond to my query and managed to get out and install a new efficient boiler for me within 4/5 days of my initial query - great workmanship and all for a good quality price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ark.

  Boiler Replacement

  I had an excellent experience with Mik when he replaced our broken boiler. His communication was great, with very quick replies during the quoting/booking process. Mik was punctual, arriving exactly as scheduled and completing the work within the estimated timeframe. He explained everything clearly, walking us through the installation, the new boiler's features, and maintenance tips. Would definitely recommend Mik for any boiler-related services and will certainly use myself in the future. Also done at a great price!
