100% Excellent service. Professional,courteous and friendly from the point of contact to completion. The 2 electric awnings are of a high quality with a super finish to them. Anthony had an outstanding knowledge and clearly a lengthy experience, and he really helped us select the right product for us and at a very competitive price too. We also really liked the fact that Anthony was also the installer and not just the surveyor. I have already recommended Ark to one of my friends. We inherited an awning with our house that had some issues due to age. Called the original supplier who came out promptly to service the awning and left the awning in good working order after a few new parts and a good old service.
