AG was extremely helpful knew immediately what was wrong gave me lots of different options on fixing the lock. We decided as I’m buying a new door to just fix it so it’s still usable rather than buy a new gear for it so I saved money so thank you AG

I was just enquiring about a lock change and Andrei messaged me, moved something around, came, fitted the lock with a thorough explanation in under 45 minutes from me even thinking about getting the job sorted.
