  Knocking kitchen and dining rooms into one room and re-positioning the downstairs toilet

  Letting trades into your home is always quite stressful but Tom has a really positive attitude and approach to his work; nothing is too difficult and he managed to reassure me that everything would be perfect. The work involved removing and re-building walls, new plumbing for re-sited WC/radiators, new electrics/lighting and laying a new floor. We couldn't be happier with the end result - thanks to Tom and his team's expertise and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

  Replacement shower.

  I could not fault Tom. On time, professional and communicated fully on what he would be doing including timings etc.. The works carried out was exactly what was required and finished to a high specification. Would highly recommend.

  Complete bathroom refit

  Tom and his team were excellent and did a fantastic job removing our old bathroom suite, and fitting the new suite and tiling. All was done to a very high standard and we love our new bathroom. Tom communicated with us well throughout the project from the first visit to finishing touches, making sure everything was done to suit what we wanted. I will definitely use him again and have already recommended him to friends.

  Removal of internal wall and kitchen

  We had a couple of site meetings with Tom to discuss our plans and we were impressed with his positive attitude towards achieving our ideas. Tom provided a clear schedule for the work and after completing this first phase of work he is slightly ahead. He arrived promptly every day and got stuck in. He is very willing to explain his plans for each day and answer our questions, and always with a cheerful mindset. Tom has proved very trustworthy, reliable, productive and considerate of our needs while we still live in the house. Looking forward to the next phases of work.

  Garage/ Utilty Conversion. Total redesign & fit Kitchen/Diner.

  Work included structural work with new steel beams fitted to accomodate 9m bifolds; Herringbone floor throughout; new internal doors; plumbing rerouted to garage; new rcd unit; downlights; new Surround sound /TV infrastructure and 2 Wren kitchens fully installed. Couldn't be happier with the result. The build was 6 weeks. Tom was always early, the site was always immaculate even make-shift wooden walls were erected to minimise the mess, I would highly recommend Tom, his attention to detail and craftsmanship were excellent. Will definetly use him again in the future.

  Ground floor renovation

  Ardor was the perfect choice for our downstairs renovation project, which included a kitchen/diner knock through and creating a new playroom. Tom was professional from his first visit through to completion of our work. He quoted on time, offered great detail and shared a thorough schedule of works so we knew what to expect and when. The team of tradesmen working on the job were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble (including building, kitchen fitting, carpentry, floor fitting, plumbing, electrics & plastering). We’ve already recommended Ardor to multiple people. Thanks again, Tom!
