Great job and a polite and friendly tradesman

I needed a dishwasher checked that wasn't working and Aaron replied almost instantly and was on his way at 9am the next morning. He clearly explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed, and how expensive it would be, and then advised on a new dishwasher (much cheaper than fixing alas) and recommended a place that does free installation - even if that meant he wouldn't get the work. He also advised on hob and washing machine care while he was there - so I got full value out of my call out fee. Thanks Aaron!
