Review for Ardent Carpet & Flooring Ltd I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ardent Carpet & Flooring Ltd. After paying a deposit of over £1,000 for flooring, I received the wrong product. The company has repeatedly promised new delivery dates for the correct product, but none of these promises have been fulfilled. This ongoing issue has led to a breach of our agreement. After waiting for almost a month without resolution, we requested our deposit back, but we have yet to receive it. Additionally, Checkatrade has not been helpful in supporting this matter either.

I paid a deposit, they sent vinyl, despite me clearly asking for engineered wood and not vinyl. I turned the delivery away, and they agreed to refund my deposit, since the job got cancelled. hey never refunded me, and stopped answering my calls, emails and texts. In simpler terms, I have been scammed. They try to show their company reg on UK GOV website to gain your trust, but save yourself the hassle and move on to someone else for the job.

Many thanks for the lovely job you did, its really beyond my expectations, the finishing is a master piece. i would recommend Ardent Carpet&Flooring LTD for anyone non familiar with flooring costs and installation, as they very genuine in terms of advice and pricing.
