Adam is hugely professional - explained to us different air conditioning possibilities before we made a selection. He ensured that units were ordered before price hikes to save us money and he was very prompt when we needed him. A friendly, down to earth guy too. Recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely excellent service, arrived as promised, price was very fair and Adam knows his job very well. He made an excellent suggestion to prevent the condensation pump failing so often as it had in the past which will save me money in the long term. I opted to have him carry out the service and the call out charge was absorbed into the fee. Can highly recommend ArticFlow with confidence.

I highly recommend Adam for anyone considering installing or servicing air con. My job was to retro fit air con into 3 rooms of a 3 bed terrace. Adam was able to offer excellent advice on the best options to fit my needs and was able to order all the parts and start my job within a week of confirmation. He is a total aircon expert - extremely knowledgeable, polite and tidy and really good value for money. The daikin aircon units work perfectly and are really quiet too and come with a 7 year warranty. Overall extremely happy with the entire job and definitely recommend :)
